Returns & Refunds Policy – Polo Packaging

At Polo Packaging, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made packaging that meets your specific needs. Since all our products are made to order, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms:

1. Order Approval & Proofing

  • Before we begin production, we will send you digital proofs of your order for approval.
  • It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all details, including size, material, color, and design.
  • Once approved, no changes can be made, and the order will move into production.

2. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 70 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

3. Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality or manufacturing defects. Returns are eligible if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The order does not match the approved proof.
  • The items are damaged during transit.

4. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect order:

  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  • We will review your claim and provide a solution accordingly.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a free replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by Polo Packaging.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products that match the approved specifications.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
